Our commitment to transparency regarding pre-orders and payments.

At Big League Ballpark Inc., we strive to be transparent about how pre-orders and payments work for the BLU iPhone app. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Pre-Order Refunds

BLU is currently in pre-launch development. When you pre-order the app:

  • You are reserving early access at a discounted price.
  • You are not purchasing a finished product.
  • Pre-orders are used to fund final testing and product release.

Refunds for pre-orders are generally not offered unless:

  • The app fails to launch within 12 months of your purchase, or
  • A critical technical issue prevents the app from working on your supported device

If either applies, email us at support@bigleagueballpark.com with your order details, and we’ll evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscriptions (Future Use)

Once the app is publicly available, recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) may be introduced. If so:

  • You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on subscriptions unless legally required.

3. How to Request a Refund
